27th & 28th February Friday & Saturday 12pm-5pm. Come taste two outstanding whites from Domaine Sylvie Spielmann. The 2011 Alsace Sylvaner Bergheim is crafted with care from vines that are 37 years-old. The 2010 Vin d'Alsace Envol shows the greatness of field blend. A blend of Sylvaner, Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, and Riesling vines.
