Please read the following information regarding the shipment of your order. Shipping laws are regulated by each state and can change frequently. Upon receipt of your order we will confirm your order via email, unless there’s a problem with the order in which case we will contact you either by email or telephone you have provided.
We usually ship within 1-3 days after confirmation of your order.
All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the Buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. You must be 21 years of age or older to place a wine order and receive delivery. In placing your wine order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. An adult signature and proper ID are required upon delivery.

We ship to many countries in the world at reasonable shipping rates using major international carriers such as Yamato Transport, UPS, Fedex, and Wine by Air International. Your order need to be processed over the phone so contact us with a telephone number we can conveniently call you back.
ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN JAPAN, HONG KONG, TAIWAN, AND SINGAPORE!
We ship anywhere in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore door-to-door delivery via Yamato Transport. Approximate turnaround time from the day we ship is about a week, sometimes sooner.
As rates can change quickly, please contact us for shipping costs information. Cost of shipping EXCLUDE DUTIES AND TAXES and is payable by the recipient.
You pay the duties and taxes when your order arrives at its destination.
Because of country requirements, we can only ship one box of 12 bottles per person at a time. If you are ordering multiple boxes, we can ship all together if you provide us with a different name for each of the box. It does not matter if the address is the same.

Damaged wines during Shipment
If you received a broken bottle or experienced any problem with the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase date to resolve the situation. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
