Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown organically. It recalls the 2001 and 2000. Aged for 2 years, initially in tank then mostly in foudre, but with a small portion in small barrels. This is deeply colored, almost opaque. A marvelous nose of fruit and minerals. Very rich, perfectly ripe, solid grip on the palate. Really well-concentrated, and vigorous and fresh. The tannins are present, but they just roll with the fruit. Very profound. Easy to drink now for its luscious, spicy, ripe red and black fruit flavors, with round, long, seamless finish. Capable of aging for decades.

"Number 2 of 60 Best Wines of Provence. Harmonious and aromatic, with notes of red fruits and black truffles, this vintage offers a exquisite balance and a flexibility of tannin. Profile in a half power, It offers more delicate length than the years of more imposing concentration. It will be drinkable before the vintage 2007 that looks beautiful." 17/20 60 Best Wines of Provence, La Revue du Vin de France
