One of the greatest and most consistent white Chateauneufs, and perhaps the most long-lived. This 2008 is capable of aging for decades like a great white Burgundy. This uses all the six grape varietals allowed for white Chateauneuf. The malolactic is blocked to retain the acidity. Then it is aged for six months in cask, with lees stirring. A rich wine with amazing depth of flavors and structure. Absolutely a rare treat!
