Please read the following information regarding the shipment of your order. Shipping laws are regulated by each state and can change frequently. Due to the complex nature of shipping wine, the cost of shipping your order will not be calculated here. Upon receipt of your order, we will verify the availability of the wines your ordered, verify the shipping method you have selected and then confirm the final price with you via email.



We usually ship within 1-3 days after confirmation of your order.

NOTICE:

All alcoholic beverages are sold in California and title passes to the Buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. You must be 21 years of age or older to place a wine order and receive delivery. In placing your wine order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years of age. An adult signature and proper ID are required upon delivery.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS IN JAPAN!

We ship anywhere in Japan door-to-door delivery via Yamato Transport. Approximate turnaround time from the day we ship is about a week, sometimes sooner.

Cost of shipping to Japan EXCLUDE JAPAN DUTIES AND TAXES. As rates can change quickly, please contact us for rate information. Heavy 750ml bottles and Champagne bottles have a little extra charge. Shipping charges include insurance for invoice amounts of less than $500. Insurance is extra for invoice amounts of $500 or more. For example, invoice amounts of up to $3,000 is $20 extra for insurance coverage.

You pay the duties and taxes in Japan when your order arrives, which we understand is about 9%-10% of the invoice amount.

Because of Japan requirements, we can only ship one box of 12 bottles per person at a time. If you are ordering multiple boxes, we can ship all together if you provide us with a different name for each of the box. It does not matter if the address is the same.
